Refund Policy

Coach Map is the merchant of record for all paid subscriptions (Verified Monthly, Verified Annual, and Priority Profile) and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Card payments on Coach Map are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund, email us at hello@coachmap.au from the email address used at checkout, including your order date and the plan you purchased.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Free trials
Paid plans include a 3-month free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not provide automatic refunds for renewal charges, but if you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will consider a pro-rated refund for the unused portion at our discretion. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard to prevent future renewals.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster with a direct refund. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
